Aerial video instantly gives a business a sense of scale: you see the building, the site, the surroundings and the activity in motion. But to make it really work for you, you need to know where to use it and how to prepare it. Here is our advice for businesses in Belgium.
Where to use aerial video
On your website, as a background video on the homepage or an "About" page, it makes a strong first impression as soon as visitors arrive. On social media, an Instagram Reel or a short LinkedIn video stands out in the feed, where a standard photo is easily scrolled past.
At trade fairs and on screens, a few looping aerial shots are enough to showcase your premises. For recruitment, showing your offices, production site or construction sites helps candidates picture themselves working with you. And on your Google profile, a video makes your Business Profile livelier and more credible.
Which format and how long?
Landscape (16:9) suits your website, YouTube and screens; vertical (9:16) is the format for Reels, Stories and TikTok. It's best to think about this from the start: because we shoot in 4K, we can deliver several versions from a single shoot.
As for length, 15 to 30 seconds is enough for social media, as the key message needs to land in the first few seconds. On a website, allow 30 to 60 seconds; a full company video can run to one or two minutes.

Good to know
